Privacy Policy

The short version

• There are no CordNexa accounts, sign-ins or payments.
• CordNexa does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn't sell or share personal information.
• The rules, welcome message and roles generators run entirely in your browser. What you type isn't sent to CordNexa.
• The setup guide's checklist is saved only in your own browser.
• If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

Information we don't collect

CordNexa doesn't ask for your name, email address or Discord account to use the site. It doesn't connect to Discord, can't see your servers, and doesn't use "Sign in with Discord". There are no forms that submit data to CordNexa.

The free tools

The generators create text from the options you choose, using code that runs in your browser. Your settings and any text you type stay on your device and are gone when you leave or refresh the page. When you press a copy button, the text is placed on your device's clipboard; CordNexa doesn't receive it.

The setup checklist and local storage

The setup guide checklist saves which tasks you've ticked in your browser's local storage, under the key cordnexa:server-setup-checklist:v1. It contains only the IDs of ticked tasks. It never leaves your device, and CordNexa can't see it. You can clear it with the guide's "Reset progress" button or by clearing site data in your browser. CordNexa doesn't set cookies.

Hosting and server logs

Like any website, the servers that deliver CordNexa receive technical information needed to send you the page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Our hosting provider may keep this in standard server logs for security and reliability. CordNexa doesn't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

The site's fonts and code are served from CordNexa itself, so loading a page doesn't send requests to third-party font, analytics or advertising services.

If you email us

If you contact cordnexa@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to read and reply to your message, and we keep it only as long as needed for that. Email to this address is handled by Google's Gmail service. To ask us to delete your correspondence, email us.

Links to other sites

CordNexa links to other sites, such as Discord's Help Center and the websites of third-party bots. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

CordNexa isn't directed at children under 13, which is also Discord's minimum age in most countries. Because the site doesn't collect personal information, it doesn't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy describes CordNexa as it works today. We'll update it — and the date at the top — before introducing anything that changes how information is handled, such as analytics, email sign-ups, accounts, payments or AI-powered features.
