How templates are made
Each template is structured by hand for a specific kind of community and the problems it has to solve. Templates are not generated on request: every channel, role, permission and setup step is written into a structured template file, reviewed, and published as a versioned kit. Writing tools, including AI assistance, may be used while drafting, but nothing is published without being structured and checked as described here.
A template should be usable to build a complete server. If a part of a layout depends on a Discord feature with conditions — for example forum channels, which need Community features — the template says so.
How Discord guidance is checked
Discord-specific statements are checked against primary sources where possible:
- Discord's Help Center, developer documentation, Safety Center, Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- For third-party bots, the bot's own website or documentation — not bot directories, forums or reviews.
If a claim can't be confirmed from a reliable, current source, we soften it, explain the condition, or remove it rather than present it as fact. We keep an internal record of each Discord claim, its source and the date it was checked, so it can be re-checked as Discord changes.
Bots and third-party tools
Templates recommend Discord's built-in features first. When a bot is named, it's an example to evaluate, not an endorsement, and paid-only features are labelled. CordNexa has no affiliation with any bot and does not accept payment to include or rank bots, templates or tools.
Versions and updates
Every template shows a version number, the date it was last reviewed, and notes describing what changed. Significant changes — for example restructuring a layout or correcting a Discord feature requirement — get a new version with an update note. The setup guide shows when it was last reviewed.
Corrections
If you think something is wrong or out of date, email cordnexa@gmail.com with the page address and what you believe is incorrect. We check the claim against the relevant sources, correct the page if needed, and record significant corrections in the template's update notes.
No fabricated signals
CordNexa does not publish invented reviews, ratings, testimonials, download counts, user numbers or partnerships. If we ever show numbers like these, they will be real.
